Numerous Cases Filed on KCR for Defamation, Illegal Phone-Tapping in Andhra Pradesh

Allegations and counter allegations are flying across Andhra Pradesh – Telangana States. Telugu Desam Party of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has filed multiple cases this morning of defamation and illegal phone-tapping against Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR).

TDP Cadre filed multiple cases against TS Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for allegedly tapping the phone calls of AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.

Cases Against Telangana CM KCR:

TDP Cadre filed multiple cases against TS Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for allegedly tapping the phone calls of AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.

Cases are filed at Pamarru and Ibrahimpatnam police Stations in Krishna District. Bapatla in Guntur and Vishakapatnam Cities.

Devineni Umamaheswara Rao Irrigation Minister of Andhra Pradesh filed a case against KCR in Governorpet and Varla Ramaiah filed case against TS CM KCR at Bhavanipuram Police stations. FIR states that MLA Stephenson hatched a conspracy to destabilise TDP Govt. TDP Leaders staged protests across AP and burnt effiges of KCR on roads.

Chandrababu Naidu’s Telugu Desam Party says it’s a conspiracy and that tapes have been doctored. Mr Naidu met Governor ESL Narasimhan yesterday evening, before the audio tapes became public, and alleged that the TRS government of Telangana is illegally tapping his phones and those of his ministers.

Case Filed On Telangana CM KCR At Vishaka 3 Town PS

At least three cases have been filed by TDP leaders against KCR in Krishna district alone; cases have also been filed also in Visakhapatnam, Suryapet and Nalgonda.

“I am telling you that authentically this is not the conversation that was of the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh… We are going to fight this out constitutionally, legally and politically,” said Parakala Prabhakar, Advisor (Communications) to the Andhra Pradesh government.
